Evaluation and assessment services offer comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for individuals seeking clarity and understanding of their mental health. Rachael utilizes evidence-based practices to provide accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans for optimal well-being.
Therapy services are offered for teens and adults, lasting 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the client's needs. All clients undergo an initial assessment and develop a treatment plan to determine therapy frequency.

As a client of Rachael's, all your information is protected under HIPAA. That means what you say in therapy will be kept between you and Rachael. However, there are exceptions to confidentiality. Those exceptions would be if you or someone else is in danger, being hurt, or being neglected. This could include suicidal thoughts, homicidal thoughts, or claims of abuse. Rachael is a mandated reporter and is required to notify the appropriate agencies.
As a telehealth provider, Rachael takes every precaution to ensure conversations are not overheard and that all information is kept in a secure platform. Please utilize headphones, if tolerable, and participate in your session in a private area.
Our first session together will be a chance for me to get to know you better. I'll use a clinical assessment to ask some important questions, even though I understand that it can be difficult to share personal information with someone new. Please know that there's no pressure to answer everything right away. We can revisit any topics you're not comfortable discussing. As we get acquainted, we'll also talk about your goals for therapy and how we can work together to achieve them.
A Registered Clinical Social Work Intern is a professional who has earned a master's degree in clinical social work, and is participating in at least two-five years of post-graduate degree training as a Clinical Social Worker and may or may not have passed a national board exam. A Registered Clinical Social Work Intern is licensed in the state of Florida to provide psychotherapy under the supervision of a qualified supervisor.
