Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Robert Brady and his team offer services to children, teens, and adults. They provide treatment for a wide array of mental health issues and specialize in ADHD, Autism, and Substance Use Disorder treatment with MAT/Suboxone. Journey Psychiatry provides evaluations and medication management (no therapy), offering telehealth services throughout the state and in-person visits at their New Port Richey office. Initial assessments are 60 minutes ($120 self-pay) and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes ($95 self-pay). They accept most insurances and self-pay options, and can typically see Elevate clients within a week. 

Mind Spa is licensed in Florida to provide medication management statewide via telehealth. They specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addiction, and insomnia. With three full-time providers, Mind Spa ensures the highest level of care. Initial visits are $200, and follow-ups are $150. They accept Cigna, Aetna, United, Oxford, Oscar, Tri-care, and BCBS insurances. Mind Spa can schedule Elevate clients within 72 hours, often with same-day availability.

With the client’s consent, both of Elevate's preferred providers will collaborate with your therapist to ensure the best level of care. Both providing telehealth access makes it easy and convenient for clients to receive treatment from the comfort of their homes.
