Elevate offers a scholarship, which if awarded, can lower the cost of most of our individual and/or group therapy services. If you would like to apply for the Elevate Scholarship, please email us and describe how receiving a scholarship for therapy at Elevate PD & Therapy Corp would positively impact your well-being or your loved one's wellbeing and personal growth. Highlight any specific challenges you are currently facing and how this scholarship would contribute to your (or your loved ones) journey towards mental wellness. Be sure to include your name/client name and which group you would like to participate in or which therapist you would like to see for therapy, don't forget to include your phone number or email.
Step Up For Students has a direct-pay partnership with Elevate PD & Therapy Corp. This partnership prevents out-of-pocket costs to scholarship families by allowing you to pay for preapproved services directly from your student’s Education Savings Account. In essence, your student's Step Up For Students Scholarship can pay for your student's individual and/or group therapy.
Scholarships are reserved for clients who are self-pay.
Clients can not combine scholarships.
Clients may use scholarships consecutively if one scholarship fund is no longer available.
Clients awarded the Elevate Scholarship must not have more than 2 cancellations in a 90 days.
Elevate PD & Therapy Corp provides virtual telehealth therapy throughout the State of Florida.
