As your therapist, I am committed to working alongside you to help you achieve your personal goals. Together, we’ll create a collaborative space where you can explore ideas, vent frustrations, process difficult emotions, and shape a vision for your desired future. I provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate environment, meeting you where you are and supporting your unique path. My ultimate goal is to help you build a sustainable, fulfilling lifestyle that aligns with your values and aspirations.
I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My sessions are always client-centered and tailored to your strengths, abilities, and goals. I am passionate about helping people uncover and embrace their inner stories and gaining insight into the systems, experiences, and strengths that shape their lives.
Together, we’ll identify and build on coping strategies and tools that empower you to navigate daily life. My approach focuses on helping you craft a self-narrative that acknowledges and accepts who you are while working toward your desired life. We’ll explore your story—past, present, and future—through a lens of resilience and possibility, never diminishing the challenges you’ve faced or are facing now.
Through this collaborative process, I aim to help you reframe and strengthen your story, guiding you toward a more holistic, empowered future that honors your journey and the person you’re becoming.

I’ll ask questions such as, “What brings you to therapy?” and “What do you hope to achieve in our sessions?” I’ll also encourage you to ask any questions about the process. Together, we’ll begin defining the goals you’d like to work toward during our time t
