This insight not only fuels my passion but also strengthens my ability to connect with and support others on similar paths of self discovery and healing.
At Elevate, my supervisory philosophy is rooted in a holistic and strengths-based approach. I believe in focusing on the whole person—not just the challenges, but the capabilities, values, and unique perspectives that each individual and therapist brings.
