I’m Philip Ifrah, a pre-licensed therapist with experience working with adolescents, adults, and groups across community mental health, college settings, recovery programs, and family services. I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, academic stress, and substance-related challenges through individual counseling, group therapy, and workshops.

My work has included both in-person and telehealth settings, allowing me to meet people where they are—literally and emotionally.

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT- and DBT-informed practices while always prioritizing empathy and connection. I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and practical.

Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, build coping tools that fit your life, and create space for growth at a pace that feels right for you.

There’s no such thing as a ‘bad kid’—just angry, hurt, tired, scared, confused, impulsive ones expressing their feelings and needs the only way they know how. We owe it to every single one of them to always remember that.
