My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for individual experiences. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Through our conversations, I'll work to understand your unique perspective, provide relevant information, and offer guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

I use a range of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to meet your unique needs:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: I help you focus on accepting your emotions, staying present, and committing to actions that align with your values, promoting personal growth and resilience.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: I work with you to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, providing practical tools to manage challenges like anxiety and depression.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy: I combine acceptance and change strategies, teaching skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • The Gottman Method: I use this structured, research-based approach for couples to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connections.
  • Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy: I integrate neuroscience and attachment theory to help you and your partner understand and address emotional triggers, fostering deeper trust and intimacy.

I adapt these approaches flexibly, ensuring a personalized and collaborative therapy experience for you.
