Our Approach

At Elevate, we believe everyone should have access to an immigration evaluation regardless of location.  We offer secure Video evaluations for anyone located within Florida. 

Types of Evaluation

Trauma Evaluations (U Visa, T Visa, Asylum, VAWA petitions)
Hardship Evaluations (I-601 & I-601a Waivers, Cancellation of Removal)

Our Team

Hector Miranda Roman, Immigration Evaluation Specialist

Hector is a dedicated pre-licensed psychotherapist and an immigrant himself, bringing a deep personal understanding of the challenges faced by those navigating the immigration process. 

He is bilingual in English and Spanish and certified in Immigration Evaluations for Mental Health Professionals, having completed professional training in conducting psychological trauma assessments, writing comprehensive immigration evaluation reports, and providing expert testimony in court.


Jessica Delgado- Velez, Immigration Evaluation Specialist

Jessica Delgado Vélez is a pre-licensed psychotherapist with a commitment to supporting immigrant communities. As someone connected to the immigrant experience, Jessica understands the emotional, cultural, and legal challenges clients may face during the immigration process.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish and professionally in Immigration Evaluations for Mental Health Professionals, with specialized training in conducting psychological trauma assessments, preparing detailed evaluation reports, and providing expert testimony in court.

Gila Mashiah Bakar

Gila is a pre-licensed psychotherapist with a strong personal connection to the immigrant experience through her own family’s journey, giving her a deep appreciation for the resilience, challenges, and cultural transitions faced by those navigating the immigration process.

She is fluent in Hebrew and English and professionally trained in Immigration Evaluations for Mental Health Professionals, with specialized training in conducting psychological trauma assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports, and providing expert testimony in court.
